The right to use State-owned construction land lot GC2022-082 was sold on Jan 30. This project is the first standard land for an industrial project to be offered in the Nanning area of the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ).

The project is located east of Yingling Road and south of Xiling Road in Liangqing district, covering an area of 19.61 mu (1.3 hectares). The land has been designated for industrial use, with a particular focus on the customized industry and supporting industries.

The winning bid totaled 7.25 million yuan ($1.07 million).
