The Nanning area of the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) set up an association for the promotion of digital economy on Nov 15.

It will provide government-enterprise and enterprise-enterprise communication channels in the digital economy industry.

Nine companies including the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Investment Group and the Guangxi branch of Tencent were selected as the association's first executive members.

It has signed a cooperation agreement with the Nanning bank branch of Bank of China in Guangxi FTZ to provide better financial services for companies.
