Qinzhou's integrated base exports 1st acetic acid products batch to India

The Lydeergorn cargo ship left the Vopak Terminal at Qinzhou Port and sailed towards India on Nov 9, marking the successful start of exporting the first batch of acetic acid products produced by the Shanghai Huayi Qinzhou New Chemical Materials Integrative Base.
The exported batch of products weighs 28,300 metric tons and is the first of its kind to be exported to India.
Shanghai Huayi Qinzhou New Chemical Materials Integrative Base is the largest single-investment industrial project in Guangxi with a total investment of about 90 billion yuan ($14.05 billion), and will be constructed in three phases. The first phase of the project received a total investment of 16.2 billion yuan and is now operational.
The Vopak Terminal, which was put into use in May 2021, is an important supporting terminal at the Shanghai Huayi Qinzhou New Chemical Materials Integrative Base and the first professional petrochemical terminal in Guangxi that meets international standards.
