The Nanning area of the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) launched a one-stop system featuring digital technology to optimize the approval business process and upgrade government services, local media outlets reported on Nov 1.
The system now is able to provide 17 affairs handling services for local companies such as registration, invoice application and bank account opening, a one-stop business startup service and making it as convenient as online shopping.
Through technologies such as smart address verification and sensitive information filtering, the intelligent and mechanized self-service platform automatically grants or rejects approvals.
The system integrates industry licensing matters involved in the business scope of an enterprise from nine government departments and handles 67 enterprise-related matters such as business licenses, generating enterprise ID cards, supporting real-time queries for licensing information, and conducting unified and real-time processing.
