The Studying in Guangxi website was established on Sept 27 during the 2021 China-ASEAN Vocational Education Exhibition and Forum in Nanning, capital of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.

The website features both Chinese and English and will publish the latest information such as Guangxi's education, policies and colleges to provide timely and practical information for students who want to study in Guangxi.

Currently, information about 55 higher education institutions in Guangxi has been published on the platform.

As the only region of its kind in China to border ASEAN countries by both land and sea, Guangxi has been a hot spot for ASEAN students to further pursue their studies.

The region has been devoting continuous efforts to optimizing the education and living environment for overseas students from ASEAN countries.

Nearly 40 higher education institutions in Guangzhou now have recruited overseas students from 122 countries. The number of ASEAN students who studied in Guangxi exceeded 10,000 in 2019.
