Diecai district in Guilin, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, held an event promoting four high-quality plots on March 31, attracting the attendance of local government officials as well as representatives from nearly 60 outstanding companies such as Sunac Guangxi Real Estate.

The four plots, which cover an overall area of 134,071.83 square meters, all enjoy excellent locations, as they are surrounded by commercial complexes, schools, hospitals, leisure venues and urban trunk roads.

Diecai district, known as the "north gate" of Guilin, has recently welcomed a batch of projects, such as the Diecai Lijiang River Cultural Tourism Resort, with an overall investment of 26.2 billion yuan ($4 billion).

Huang Xiaoxue, head of Diecai district, noted that the promotional event is expected to trigger more business opportunities by attracting more investment.

Huang expressed her hope that the district can strive to achieve more economic growth and make contributions to the process of turning Guilin into an international tourist resort.
