The founding conference of the Guangxi Cross-border E-Commerce Association was held in Nanning, capital of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, on May 28, with more than 50 enterprises joining in as the first batch of members.

Initiated by Guangxi Minhua Cross-border E-commerce Technology Industrial Park, the association is a local, industrial, and non-profit organization formed voluntarily by cross-border e-commerce companies and related service companies. It is under the management of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Guangxi Committee.

The association will give full play to the role of providing services to the industry and members in various forms, such as communication, research, consultation, training, and evaluation. It will also promote the continued development of Guangxi's cross-border e-commerce industry.

According to Huang Aimin, chairman of the first council of the Guangxi Cross-border E-Commerce Association, in the future, the association will become a bridge between the government and enterprises, providing cross-border e-commerce policy interpretation, sharing economic information and market dynamics, as well as offering training and consulting services.

Relying on its geographical advantages and gradually improved policies, Guangxi is accelerating the gathering of cross-border e-commerce enterprises. The association will study the development strategy and goals of the cross-border e-commerce industry according to the actual situation, as well as provide a reference for the government to formulate various policies and implementation decisions.

In addition, the association will strengthen industry norms and management by formulating corresponding rules and regulations to promote the healthy development of the industry.
