According to the Work Plan for Financial Discount Interest for Enterprise Resumption Loans issued by five departments of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, a total of 1 billion yuan ($142.9 million) will be provided to support loans for enterprises' work resumption.

This policy is expected to drive 50 billion yuan in loans for work resumption.

The policy focuses on supporting industrial enterprises, private enterprises, as well as small, medium, and micro enterprises. Individual industrial and commercial households are also included.

Priority will be given to supporting enterprises on the list of key enterprises proposed by the industry and information technology departments; industrial enterprises with high rates of work resumption and high potential for new output value; as well as industrial enterprises seriously affected by the novel coronavirus epidemic, such as those in the transportation, wholesale and retail, catering, accommodation, as well as tourism industries.

This policy covers a large range and amount of discount interest. The maximum discount interest amount can reach up to 1 million yuan for each company, which corresponds to the application of a financial resumption loan of 50 million yuan.

Notice:

1. Enterprises that have enjoyed other fiscal discount policies since the beginning of this year may not enjoy this policy at the same time.

2. Enterprises applying for this policy shall not enjoy any other fiscal discounted interest policy of the autonomous region within this year.

3. Enterprises applying for discounted interest can see the progress of loan issuance through the online system in real time, and facilitate the timely review of the loans issued.

4. Real estate companies are not covered by this discount policy.
