A ceremony featuring the completion of 12 major projects of the second quarter of 2018 was held at the Zone D of Hualing Area in Liudong New Area on June 12. 

These projects cover fields including infrastructure, people's livelihood and industrial development with a total investment of 6.24 billion yuan ($912 million). The construction of six projects including the comprehensive improvement project of the northern section of Guantang Avenue, Liudong New District Standard Factory Building D, Xiuzhu Road and Guangxi Liuzhou Automobile City Core Area, 740,000 sets of Automobile Chassis Parts Manufacturing Project of Liuzhou Tiandao Machinery Manufacturing Co Ltd, as well as the Automobile Seat Industrial Park Project of Guangxi Fangsheng Group Co Ltd will start soon.

The total investment of these projects reached 2.12 billion yuan. Meanwhile, the construction of six projects including Shuguang Avenue, Liuzhou Radial Tire Production Project, White Auto Body Production Base Project of Liuzhou Fuzhen Car Body Industrial Co Ltd, Liudong New District Bantang Relocation Project, Liudong Passenger Car Parts Base Phase III Project and Liudong New District Yanfeng Auto Parts Production Base Construction Project has been successfully completed. The total investment of those projects reached 4.12 billion yuan.
