In 2019, Zhanjiang will accelerate the construction of the Zhanjiang International Cruise Port Complex, deepen cooperation with neighboring ports, and expand inland dry ports.

The city will complete the construction of the 400,000-ton waterway of Zhanjiang Port, the supporting terminal of Baosteel Zhanjiang Co, and the first phase of the disassembly and assembly service area of Zhanjiang Port. It will accelerate the construction of the Donghai Island Port Area and Xiashan Port Area. A total of 10 key power transmission and transformation projects will be built.

It plans to build a supporting dock for the BASF project and a general terminal for the Wushi operation area in Leizhou Port Area. The first phase of the supporting dock of the China-Kuwait refining-chemical integration project will be completed as soon as possible.
