Tsui said he hoped everyone would behave with understanding and tolerance of others and unite to overcome COVID-19. He also hoped his video would cheer and encourage his fellow volunteers.

"I feel happy and proud of what I have done for residents during this hard time," he said.

One resident said Tsui's video touched many hearts.
