Tian Lin
Tian Lin (M'07–SM'17) received her B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer science from Beihang University, Beijing, China, in 2002 and 2005, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in computer architecture from the Institute of Computing Technology (ICT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Beijing, in 2012.
She is currently a professor with the Distributed System Research Center, ICT, CAS. Her research interests include the fields of computing and communication convergence and edge computing. She has presided over more than 20 national and provincial projects. Recently, she has published over 50 research papers and three books/book chapters in the areas of mobile communication and computing.
She received the Best Paper Awards from WCNC2013, ISCIT2016, and ICC2018. She was the Publication Chair of ChinaCom2012 and the Symposium Co-Chair of ChinaCom2013. She has also served as a reviewer for a number of referred journals and international conferences. Besides, she is the inventor of 39 Chinese and international patents. She has submitted 35 domestic and foreign standard proposals, and participated in the formulation of one national standard. He has won the second prize of Beijing Science and Technology Award, the second prize of Electronic Information Science and Technology Award of China Electronics Society, as well as the second prize of Beijing Patent Award, etc.
