Amangeldy Tazhenov, a Kazakh expert on China studies, praised the exchanges and cooperation with China under the Belt and Road Initiative, highlighting its global significance.

He also expressed hope that China's rotating presidency of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, which began in July 2024, will elevate the organization to new heights.
