Vice-Governor Guo Ningning

Guo Ningning, born in July 1970, is a female of Han ethnicity. She is postgraduate and a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). She currently serves as an alternate member of the 20th CPC Central Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee, vice-governor of Fujian province and deputy secretary of the provincial government's leading Party members group.
