The global marketing platform, Zhoumaotong, collaborating with Sunsun Group – located in Zhoushan, East China's Zhejiang province – is preparing a cross-border e-commerce website for pet products.

Zhoumaotong is a multilingual digital marketing platform for local export enterprises that was developed by the Zhoushan municipal commerce bureau. It was recognized as an outstanding digital trade innovation in Zhejiang for 2024.

So far, the platform has signed service agreements with 55 leading companies, including Sunsun Group, Zhejiang Ocean Family Co, Zhoushan Huafeng Shipyard Co, Zhejiang Longyuan Sifang Machinery Equipment Manufacturing Co, and Zhejiang Huaye Plastics Machinery Co.

According to incomplete statistics, the platform has facilitated intent orders worth $75 million from buyers in 31 countries, including the United States, Russia, Turkiye, Brazil, and Vietnam.

After launching aquatic equipment on the platform, Sunsun secured $2.4 million in intent orders from Indonesia, India, and Vietnam.

"The platform's strong promotion has helped us gain customers from multiple countries," said Zhou Songhua, foreign trade manager at Sunsun Group.

Chen Jun, general manager of Zhoushan Quanmaotong Information Technology Co, said that this year, the platform will incorporate new technologies like AI videos, AI images, and VR displays to give Zhoushan export enterprises a competitive edge.
