Lu Xun Native Place, the birthplace of modern Chinese literary icon Lu Xun, is steeped in historical and cultural significance. In 2023, it attracted 4.6 million visitors from China and abroad.
In a bold move to deepen engagement, the site removed protective barriers in 2024, opening 23 exhibition spaces for direct visitor interaction. This change allows tourists to closely connect with the legacy of Lu Xun, touching artifacts and immersing themselves.

Hengdian World Studios, the largest film and television production base globally, focuses on enhancing satisfaction through meticulous service design. The site established specialized management centers and standardized service handbooks to streamline operations.
Key measures include a volunteer station at the visitor center, offering guidance on ethical tourism practices. Tour guides incorporate reminders about respectful behavior into their narratives, while performers deliver similar messages before shows. In popular areas, tourism supervisors monitor and address inappropriate behaviors in real time.
