The Lishui International Convention Center is set to begin trial operations and be open to the public at the end of November.

The center is Lishui's first convention and exhibition venue to integrate conferencing, exhibitions, accommodation, and dining services.

With a total investment of approximately 2.8 billion yuan (386.43 million), the project sits on about 105,000 square meters of land with a total construction area of around 170,000 square meters. It includes both underground and aboveground parking with over 880 spaces, 112 of which are designated for new energy vehicles.

The project comprises the Lishui International Convention Center and the Lishui International Convention Center North Star Hotel, both of which will start operations simultaneously at the end of November.

The Lishui International Convention Center primarily serves conference functions, complemented by boutique exhibitions. It spans a total construction area of 94,000 square meters, with a building height of 24 meters, and is equipped to host conferences, exhibitions, and performances.

The center is about 10 kilometers from Lishui Railway Station and approximately 4.3 kilometers from Lishui Airport currently under construction, boasting a strategic location.

The Lishui International Convention Center North Star Hotel is a high-end hotel near the convention center that offers 362 boutique rooms and a variety of dining options suitable for various business and social activities.
