Lishui to build photography cultural center

The city of Lishui in East China's Zhejiang province plans to build a photography cultural center in its Liandu district, costing 309.7 million yuan ($49 million), local media reported.
The center will have five floors, with two floors underground.
The first and second floors will mainly be exhibition areas for art and photography, while the third floor is earmarked for cultural and creative products' research, development and exhibitions.
It is understood that there will be a garden on the roof, where people can chill out.
