Lishui ranks among top Chinese cities in air quality

Lishui city in East China's Zhejiang province ranked seventh among 168 key Chinese cities in air quality last year, according to the Ministry of Ecology and Environment.
Haikou city in South China's Hainan province tops the list, followed by Lhasa, Huangshan, Zhoushan, and Fuzhou.
From January to December in 2021, "A" and "B" level days accounted for 87.5 percent of the whole year in 339 cities above prefecture level in China.
The average PM2.5 concentration was 30 micrograms per cubic meter, down 9.1 percent year-on-year.
