Lishui city in East China's Zhejiang province recently released a plan to develop a tourist circle around the Baishanzu National Park.

According to the plan, there will be low-speed greenways and landscape roads with sightseeing platforms and tour bus stations around the Baishanzu National Park.

At the main entrances of the national park in Longquan, a county-level city administered by Lishui, Lishui's Qingyuan county, and Jingning She autonomous county, comprehensive service centers that integrate functions such as tourism distribution, hotels, and science popularization of the national park will be built.

Under the premise of feasibility and safety, there are plans to build pumped storage power stations in Longquan's Xiacun village and Jingning's Biaoxi village, providing green energy for the development circle of the national park.

The 10 towns and 50 villages involved in the national park area will be built into Baishanzu National Park characteristic towns and villages that integrate tourism, leisure, and culture. 

Baishanzu, a national 4A-level- scenic spot in Lishui, sits at an altitude of 1,856.7 meters and is the second-highest peak in Zhejiang province.The scenic spot is rich with biological resources, varied vegetation, special geographical conditions, and complex landmarks.
