The Power Valley Future Plant project – currently under construction in Lishui city in East China's Zhejiang province – was recently included on a provincial list of major construction projects in 2021.

The project is being funded by Xingjian Industrial Co Ltd and Zhejiang Founder Motor Co Ltd. With a total investment of 1.21 billion yuan ($189.38 million), the project includes a shared intelligent manufacturing center, an intelligent workshop and a dangerous chemicals warehouse.

In June this year, the Power Valley Future Plant started construction in the Lishui Economic and Technological Development Zone and it is expected to generate annual sales revenue of 2.4 billion yuan and tax contributions of 72 million yuan by 2024.

Focusing on the new energy motor sector, the project aims to create an integrated production platform for the industry supply chain and guide the transformation and upgrade of manufacturing in the development zone.
