At the opening ceremony of the 10th Lishui Talent and Technology Summit – held in Lishui in East China's Zhejiang province on Oct 31 – the city released its latest achievements and measures made in the talent and technology sector.

In recent years, Lishui has attracted a large pool of talent to innovate and start up business there and they have developed a number of leading and high-tech products.

Four representative products – several of which have reached the international advanced level – were released at the ceremony. They include a high-temperature fuel cell and a carbon fiber aerial drone.

In order to better integrate talent, technology and capital – and explore the market for talent and technological work – Lishui established the Lishui Talent and Technology Development Co Ltd and inaugurated it at the event.

To top it off, agreements involving 22 talent and technology projects – including the affiliated school of Beijing Normal University in Lishui – were signed at the opening ceremony.
