2. Tourism and health maintenance projects

(1) Guyan Huaxiang Pingdi ecological resort

This project is located in Guyan Huaxiang scenic area. The area is surrounded by clear water on three sides and mountains on the last side. It boasts a good ecological environment which is suitable for the development of leisure tourism projects.

The plan is to build a fishing village, an art exhibition hall, a five-star themed hotel, an art corridor and a resort for painters. The project plans to use 33 ha of land, of which 7.9 ha have been completed in the first phase.

(2) Guyan Huaxiang Baoding leisure and health maintenance tourism project

This project is located on the western side of Baoding village, Bihu town, in Guyan Huaxiang scenic area, with plans to build boutique resort hotels, tourism commercial streets, forming a leisure tourism industry. The planned land area of the project is 28 ha, and preliminary planning of the project has been completed.

(3) Guyan Huaxiang Jiaomazheng leisure and health maintenance tourism project

The project, located in Jiaomazheng village, Bihu town, in Guyan Huaxiang scenic area, includes building leisure resorts, and health and elderly care bases. The planned land area of the project is 27 ha, and preliminary planning has been completed.

(4) Dongxi Rock scenic area

The project is located in Laozhu town in the thousand-year-old She (She ethnic group) village, which is 28 km from the urban area. Dongxi Rock scenic area is named for its east (dong) and west (xi) rocks. The whole scenic area, with typical Danxia landforms, is a 4A-level scenic area and one of the first provincial scenic spots in Zhejiang province.

It is proposed to build a characteristic homestay village, commercial streets and tourism experience projects, among other facilities. The project aims to transform the Dongxi Rock scenic area from a traditional sightseeing tour to an interactive experience tour.

The planned land area of the project is 100 ha, and general planning has been completed.

(5) Jinxiu Liancheng culture and tourism town

This project is located in Guanqiao village, Liancheng sub-district, in the northwest of Lishui. The straight-line distances from the project area to the high-speed railway station and to Lishui north expressway interchange are 10 km and 1 km.

The area is suitable for building a cultural and creative tourism complex – with leisure as the core, rural tourism and cultural recreation as the two wings – and a featured healthcare tourism complex. It is also suitable for developing film and television bases, hotels, amusement parks, flight bases, health and elderly care centers.

The planned area of the project is about 200 ha, and preliminary planning has been completed.

(6) Shiniu film and television culture industry base

This project is located in Shiniu village in Bihu town, 15 km from Lishui downtown. The plan is to build a film industry production base, a location shooting base and related leisure and tourism facilities, forming a film and television culture industry base.

The planned land area of the project is about 55 ha, and preliminary planning has been completed.

(7) Shuimo Oujiang River tourism complex

This project is located in the northeast corner of Bihu plain, on the northeastern side of Xiazhen village, 15 km from the city center, facing Xuanping Creek and provincial highway 50 in the north, reaching Shiniu Bridge in the south and Oujiang River in the east.

The proposal is to build a film and television base, hotels, an amusement park, a flight base, and health and elderly care centers, to form a featured health and elderly care tourism complex integrating cultural and agricultural tourism. Preliminary planning for the project has been completed.

(8) Dashanfeng forest leisure and health tourism

This project is located in Fengyuan town, with a forest coverage rate of 97.3 percent. It is intended to build a canyon-type forest resort with a dense forest landscape as the basis, a summer resort, vacation, leisure and conferences as the main body, and integrating sightseeing, adventure, fitness and entertainment as well as scientific research and education.

The planning area of the project is about 2,368 ha, and tourism planning has been completed.

(9) Langqi osmanthus and spring villa resort

The project, located in Langqi village, Bihu town, 15 km from Lishui's urban area, focuses on the development of water and osmanthus-themed cultural activities. It will be a leisure tourism area integrating water sports, spa, orchards, osmanthus, colorful farmland and other rural elements.

The planned land area is about 6.67 ha, and preliminary planning has been completed.

(10) Shangnanshan boutique resort hotel

This project is located in Shangnanshan village in Bihu town, adjacent to Oujiang River, Guyan Huaxiang scenic area and Nanshan exit of Lilong expressway. Based on the ecological resources of Guyan Huaxiang scenic area and Oujiang River basin, the project will include a boutique resort hotel with leisure vacation and health maintenance features.

The planned area of the project is about eight ha, and preliminary planning has been completed.
