The Quzhou investigation team of the National Bureau of Statistics recently released data on the per capita disposable income of Quzhou residents in the first half of 2023, according to local media reports.

The per capita disposable income of all residents in the city increased by 7 percent to 26,593 yuan ($3,726.66). The per capita disposable income of urban residents was 34,562 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.2 percent, while that of rural residents was 17,468 yuan, an uptick of 7.8 percent year-on-year.

The per capita consumption expenditure of all residents in the city reached 14,165 yuan, an increase of 8.4 percent. The per capita consumption expenditure of urban residents totaled 17,872 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.7 percent, while that of rural residents was 9,921 yuan, up 11.2 percent year-on-year.
