For hotels constructed according to five-star standards and built and opened within the prescribed construction period, 90 percent of their local financial contribution will be awarded to enterprises within five years from the month of operation.

Those hotels that have obtained five-star certification within the prescribed time will be rewarded not less than 10 million yuan with local financial contribution.
