The Hangzhou Public Library, located in Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang province, launched an art exhibition featuring paintings created by students from the city's special education schools on Nov 29 to celebrate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, which falls every year on Dec 3.

Also on display were not-for-profit creative cultural products that drew inspiration from these paintings.

The exhibition reflected the city's relentless efforts and remarkable achievements in promoting art education among intellectually challenged adolescents.
