Zhu Qinan won a gold medal in 10-meter air rifle in the 28th Athens Olympic Games and silver medal in the 29th Beijing Olympic Games. He has now retired and become a deputy director of the management center of shooting, archery and cycling, where he is responsible for logistics, finance and training.

He focuses on the reform of sports and at the congress, he will advise on how to coordinate the mass sport with competitive sports.
