Ningxia Library is a public library located in Jinfeng district. It was established in October 1958 and serves as the autonomous region's center for document collection, lending, public information sharing, ancient book preservation, library professional training, and patriotism education. 

The library completed its renovation and expansion in August 2016, increasing the reading area and the number of seats. It offers a wide range of services in a beautiful environment, including themed service areas, a children's borrowing area, local literature section, elderly reading area, digital experience area, and more. The library provides comprehensive wireless network coverage and timely service information through its website and new media platforms.

Ningxia Library is open 365 days a year and receives nearly 1.5 million visitors annually. The library is open for 12 hours a day (8:30-20:30), and staffed service is available for 9 hours a day (9:30-18:30). It has been evaluated as a "National First-Level Library".
