Ningxia Cultural Hall offers free admission on weekdays from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. During exhibitions, it is also open on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. 

The exhibition hall is exclusively dedicated to showcasing various forms of art such as painting, calligraphy, and photography.

Social institutions, art groups, and individuals who want to use the exhibition hall need to apply one month in advance. The applicant should provide photos or brochures of the exhibition works for review. After approval, the applicant needs to submit an application form with valid identification and the seal of the unit signed by the person in charge.
