Shining role models

From front-line factory workers to scientific researchers, managers to chief executives, the people of Jinchuan Group, a nonferrous metal producer in Jinchang, Gansu province, have taken decades to climb up the mountain of nonferrous metal manufacturing to reach their “golden peak”. Everyone in the group is devoted to their work, ranging from seeking to improve metal production methods, and conquering technological difficulties to embarking on reform of the business. Over the past 10 years, Jinchuan has made notable progress thanks to its people’s hard work. We have profiled some of the most distinctive individuals occupying various positions across Jinchuan. By documenting their daily work, we reveal their contributions to the group and even the country’s nonferrous metal industry. They come from different backgrounds but have worked together to strive for greater achievements in the nonferrous metal sector for Jinchuan  and the country, regardless of race, gender, nationality or age, showing us the strong spirit that role models have.
