Photographers send New Year greetings to construction workers

A number of members from the Tonglu Photographers Association recently visited a construction site located on Wuxiangshan Road in Tonglu county, East China's Zhejiang province, to send New Year greetings to construction workers.

They gave them posters with the Chinese character "福", which carries the auspicious meaning of "happiness" in China, and took photos for them.

The move comes as part of local authorities' efforts to create a festive atmosphere for non-local workers and encourage them to spend the upcoming Spring Festival holiday in the county.
