Time to admire gingko trees in Tonglu

The reds and golds of early winter have recently returned to add seasonal charm to Tonglu county, East China's Zhejiang province, as the county's gingko trees' leaves turn gold.
The golden gingko trees lining both sides of the section of Yingchun South Road, which is close to Tonglu's downtown area, have created an enchanting early winter scene.
In addition, the five ancient gingko trees in Huanxi village, Jiangnan town have attracted numerous visitors and photographers.
It is currently the best time to appreciate the ancient ginkgo trees, which have a history of about 700 years, as the leaves turn gold drastically with the arrival of cold waves.
Mao Dongmei, a resident from the village, said that mid-October to early December is the best time to admire gingko trees, and that visitors are coming in droves, especially on weekends and holidays.
