Huachuang Innovation Center is conveniently located in the eastern part of Optics Valley Chinese Sci-tech Park, at the intersection of Yuping Avenue and Fenglian Avenue. It is the main initiation project developed and constructed by the Chinese Sci-tech Park in 2015. It is also a new cultural landmark for the Huachuang brand culture to be exhibited by the park. 

The project, themed on "overseas Chinese culture" and with core focus on the “spirit of Huachuang”, seeks to build a new service industry incubation center (technology business incubator) serving Chinese expats across the world. 

The project covers an area of about 6.54 hectares with the construction area of about 120,000 square meters. Through visual effects, the project reflects the importance of Chinese and Chu culture and the new service industry incubation center. At present, the world-renowned Pei Partnership Architects is working on the project's conceptual design planning. The project is scheduled to have started construction in 2016 and is expected to be completed in 2018.
