Every morning, Dai starts work at 8 am, half an hour earlier than the regular working hour, and disinfects his vehicle. He usually finishes his transportation work at around 9 pm or 10 pm in the evening.
"Compared with the doctors and nurses fighting on the front line, my job is not that difficult," he said. "I just did my job."
The hospital has four ambulance drivers, but Dai is busy. On Feb 6, he worked from 8 am to 10:35 pm, making 13 transfers.
He said he missed his family a lot and wanted to go home as soon as the epidemic is over.
