Huang Minghui presides over the symposium on medical assistance in Papua New Guinea

Huang Minghui, secretary and director of the CPC committee of the Chongqing Municipal Health Commission, presided over a symposium on medical assistance in Papua New Guinea on November 14.
Zhou Lin, deputy director and member of the CPC committee of the Chongqing Municipal Health Commission, members of the ninth Chinese medical team for PNG aid, members of the short-term expert group for PNG aid and relevant department officials of the Chongqing Municipal Health Commission attended the symposium.
Huang congratulated the members of the ninth Chinese medical team and the short-term expert group on their innovation projects and successful completion of the aid service.
Huang stressed that the medical aid work is an integral part of China’s diplomacy and is of great significance to the Belt and Road Initiative. The health system of Chongqing has confidence in accomplishing the foreign aid tasks.

Huang spoke highly of the achievements of the ninth batch of Chinese medical team and the short-term expert group in innovation projects, and sincerely encouraged all experts and team members to make new contributions to the health progress in Chongqing.
The foreign aid team members and experts put forward suggestions on the work of foreign aid innovation, the dispatch system, the selection and assessment of team leaders, the internal management, and the appointment of excellent medical team members.
The team members expressed their determination to continue to work in their new posts and live up to the expectations and demands of people.
