Deputy director Zhou meets with Barbados ambassador to China

On Sept 8, Zhou Lin, deputy director and member of the CPC Committee of Chongqing Municipal Health Commission, met with François Jackman, Barbados ambassador to China.
Jackman spoke highly of the contribution of Chinese medical teams to healthcare development in Barbados. He pointed out that the exchanges and cooperation on healthcare based on the work of Chinese medical teams are the most effective projects between China and Barbados, and said he hoped that the two sides will increase such cooperation.
Zhou thanked the ambassador for his high evaluation of the Chinese medical teams.
Zhou explained in detail Chongqing's healthcare situation and the work of the Chinese medical team in Barbados. He stressed that the team will continue working wholeheartedly for the health and well-being of the locals in Barbados.
The heads of the international department of Chongqing Municipal Health Commission, the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, members of the medical team and doctors from Queen Elizabeth Hospital attended the meeting.
