Zhou Lin meets with Australian Consul-General in Chengdu Christopher Lim

On August 19, Zhou Lin, deputy head of Chongqing Municipal Health Commission, met with a delegation led by Christopher Lim, the Australian consul-general in Chengdu. 

The two sides had extensive discussions on topics including tumor prevention and treatment, the health industry, medical training, healthcare informatization and joint ventures. 

Zhou briefed the delegation on the latest developments in Chongqing's health sector, stressing the construction of the Western Medical Center and inviting the Australians to be involved.

Lim expressed gratitude for the hosts' hospitality and their willingness to enhance exchanges in big health and medical technology. 

Consensus was reached on further promoting interactions and cooperation between the two sides. 

The delegation consisted of representatives from the Australian Consulate-General in Chengdu, China Office of Trade and Investment of Queensland State Government, and the ICON Group.
