The 2023 Smart China Expo is to be held in Liangjiang New Area, Southwest China's Chongqing municipality, in September, and the Lianglu Guoyuan Port Comprehensive Bonded Zone (CBZ) is set to participate in the event.

The zone will set up a pavilion, including exhibition areas for digital and intelligent free trade zones and digital computing centers for the new western land-sea corridor.

"This will be the fifth time for the CBZ to join the expo. The exhibition will focus on the new western land-sea corridor digital free trade port, mainly showcasing its advantages in terms of channels, platforms, ports, and systems, as well as its experience in promoting smart manufacturing and building smart port areas over the years, with a focus on the four major sectors – government affairs, businesses, services, and operations," said a person in charge of the CBZ.

One highlight of the CBZ's pavilion is the digital computing centers for the new western land-sea corridor. Using "digital + intelligence," the zone built a new western land-sea corridor digital free trade port. Smart Free Trade Port APP for digital government affairs, cross-border trade, high-quality domestic products, smart municipal administration, security, and intelligent customs clearance based on digital services.

The expo has promoted the agreement signing for several batches of projects in the zone, helping it accumulate global intelligent technologies, intelligent industries, talents, and other innovative factors.
