Chongqing's 2023 major new technical equipment release meeting was held on March 28. An explosion-proof wheeled inspection robot independently developed by Sevnce Robotics Co, a high-tech enterprise integrating special robot design, research and development, production, sales, and services based in Liangjiang New Area, was selected as part of Chongqing's first set of major technical equipment for this year.

The first set of major technical equipment refers to innovative technical equipment or core equipment parts that have made major technical breakthroughs and have earned their patents, but are at a very early stage of marketing.

The explosion-proof wheeled inspection robot, one of the company's core products, can conduct real-time data acquisition and intelligent analysis to reach automatic diagnosis of defective equipment, intelligent O&M of environmental facilities, production safety and hazard prevention, and other functions.

"This robot will be upgraded in May this year, and the new robot will be lighter, and will be improved in terms of sensing, positioning and identifying objects," said a staff member from Sevnce.
