Wanshou and Fusheng, the first batch of public rental housing community firefighting police offices in the Liangjiang New Area, have officially been established, marking a big step for the community in constructing firefighting safety administrative and social public security prevention and control system .

The total construction area of Wanshou public rental housing project is 1 million square meters, with 17,097 units and 52,500 people, in which the No. 10-17 buildings, with about 4,540 units were completed, where 493 families of 1,500 people have lived until the end of June 2014.

The total construction area of Fusheng public rental housing project is 489,200 square meters, with 7,574 units and 22,000 people, in which the No. 1-9 buildings, with about 4,039 units were completed, where 974 families of 3,000 people have lived until the end of June 2014. As the tenants move in, increasing the resident population, the firefighting security administration and social public security work is more pressing.

The community firefighting police affairs office has strong support from the public security department. It takes only one week for the public security sub-bureau in Beibei Area and Jiangbei Area and the police station in Shuitu Town and Fusheng Town to work together to assemble the temporary office building, police affairs assembly, firefighting assembly, light box and signs at the Wanshou and Fusheng communities and get firefighting police affairs into position and assort the community policemen according to regulations.

The public rental housing firefighting police affairs office in Wanshou and Fusheng community will help grasp the state of the community public security and to smooth the way for residents to file complaints. It can also compose the “1+3” community mass prevention and mass treatment administrative and controlling pattern, together with the community residents committee, the real estate management company and the housing managing center, to build a diversified dispute investigation and mediation, to help diffuse disputes early on and to maintain social public order and stability in the community.

In addition, the community firefighting office and the community police affairs office can work together to combine the work of community firefighting and police affairs, which is good for the daily firefighting supervision and monitoring, correcting hidden dangers, and developing fire prevention and disaster reduction work, in order to serve enterprises and individuals inside the community.

Next, the Wanshou and Fusheng community public rental housing police affairs office will arrange for floating population coordinators and other public security supplementary force, for population administration, public security administration, legal advocacy, dispute mediation, community correction and other work to serve the people better.

Also, the Liangjiang police affairs office of the municipal public security bureau and the Liangjiang public rental housing company will work jointly to push forward the establishment of the public rental housing firefighting police affairs office in Shuangxi, Longxing and Tianbaozhai.
