Personal resume: Li Youchang, male, born in February 1964, graduated from Chongqing Medical University with a master's degree. He began work in July 1988, and is currently a chief physician, a member of the Obstetrics Group of the Anesthesiology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, a member of the Anesthesia Committee of the Chongqing Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, a member of the Pain Committee of the Chongqing Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and the deputy director of the Anesthesiology and Pain Committee of the Chongqing Branch of the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine. 

Medical treatment field and expertise: He has been engaged in clinical anesthesia for more than 20 years and has rich clinical experience in clinical anesthesia, first aid and resuscitation, monitoring and treatment of critically ill patients, and diagnosis and treatment of various pains. 

Participation topics, published papers and monographs: He has hosted or participated in two projects and published more than 30 papers, including four CSCD core papers. He participated in the compilation of "Guide on Clinical Use of Analgesic Drugs" and many other works.
