While Beijing was hosting the 2024 Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) did its bit as well, hosting a vibrant science fair at the Namib Primary School in Namibia to promote nuclear science popularization, attracting 51 local teachers and students.

With animated videos, hands-on crafts and engaging experiments, the event offered the young people in attendance valuable insights into uranium mining and its significance for Namibia, sparking an interest in nuclear science and China's progresses in nuclear energy.
