Luo noted that China and Bangladesh, as friendly neighboring countries, have achieved fruitful results in recent years in such areas as the COVID-19 response, infrastructure, disaster prevention and reduction and human resource development. China is ready to work with Bangladesh to joint implement the key consensuses reached between the two heads of state, and continue to deepen bilateral cooperation in traditional areas in a bid to elevate the friendly cooperative partnership to a higher level, he said.

Uddin spoke highly of Bangladesh-China friendly cooperative relations and extended his appreciation to the Chinese government for its long-term selfless assistance to Bangladesh, especially for the strong and timely support during the COVID-19 pandemic. He pledged to strengthen cooperation with China on future common development.
