On Dec 16, 2019, Deng Boqing, vice-chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), met with Michael Lopuke Lotyam, undersecretary at the Ministry of General Education and Instruction (MOGEI), Republic of South Sudan. The two sides exchanged views on development and cooperation in the field of education.
