CIDCA vice-chairman meets with Pakistani ambassador to China

Deng Boqing, vice-chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), met with the Pakistani Ambassador to China Masood Khalid, who is leaving office soon, on Jun 10.

The two sides exchanged views on promoting the social development and livelihood projects of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.

Deng appreciated Masood's important contribution to the development of China-Pakistan political and economic relations, especially the construction of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor in the past six years. He said that he hopes Masood will continue to contribute to the traditional friendship between China and Pakistan after he leaves office.

Masood said that he has worked in Beijing for more than six years. He deeply felt that China and Pakistan are all-weather strategic partners. The two sides have a wide range of high-level cooperation. Masood thanked China for its long-term support and help.
