An annual race is set to kick off on May 9 in the national-level characteristic town of Weishanzhuang, Beijing's Daxing district, opening 5,000 slots for four distances -- half marathon, 10km, 5km and 5km.

This year's event is themed with blossoms in late spring. With an eye on players' experience, efforts have been made to improve track quality and the surrounding environment and services.

Registration for the upcoming tournament started on April 16 and will last until April 30. Detailed information is available on the official website -- http://dxwsz.mararun.com/ or the Mararun APP.

In view of epidemic prevention requirements, runners who plan to compete should not leave the city from April 26 to May 9.
