It is planned that the housing project will occupy an area of about 31.82 hectares, of which the above-ground construction area is about 702,000 square meters and the underground construction area exceeds 452,000 sq m.

There will be 79 residential buildings containing 7,638 apartments, which are able to accommodate a total population of about 18,700.

The plan includes seven types of houses that all have comfortable living conditions. Landscape corridors and a green axis for central business blocks are also part of the design.

With convenient transportation and complete facilities, it is expected to become a large, diverse and livable area in the airport economic zone.

Five north-south lines will include the Beijing-Taiwan Expressway, the Beijing Daxing International Airport Expressway, the first phase of the new airport rail transit line, the Beijing-Xiong’an Intercity Railway and the Beijing-Kaifeng Expressway.

Meanwhile, construction of two east-west lines - the north line of the Beijing Daxing International Airport Expressway and first phase of the intercity railway connection line - are also on schedule.
