Beijing’s first rest station for couriers put into use
Beijing’s first rest station for delivery workers has been completed in Daxing district, and was put into use during the National Day holiday.
In the station, couriers are able to enjoy one-stop services that include mobile phone charging, electric vehicle charging, fast WiFi connections and the country’s first extended distribution smart take-out cabinet.

The rest area is covered with rubber mat to prevent slipping. Light boxes are equipped on both sides of the corridor to ensure normal lighting at night. A centralized smoking area has also been designated, with a “smoke-killing” barrel in it.

On the wall hangs a display panel to publicize reminders about civilized motorbike riding, the orderly fetching of meals, safe charging and standardized leasing for delivery workers.
