There are primarily four passenger railway stations in Beijing, namely Beijing West Railway Station, Beijing Railway Station, Beijing South Railway Station and Beijing North Railway Station (Xizhimen Railway Station). You can purchase the ticket for the day at the station, or purchase the ticket within 10 days from 19:00 daily (for details, please call the hotline of each station). In addition, there are nearly 200 ticket sales outlets in Beijing to facilitate your travel.

[Tips]
The check-in stops 5 minutes before departure. Each train is subject to real-name ticket purchase and verification upon checking in. The ticket must be purchased with valid ID (recommended to use the second-generation ID card, except for the purchase of children's tickets). The original valid ID must be presented at the time of entry. Passengers without original ID documents are required to go to the public security section to apply for temporary ID.

North ticket office: East side of the first floor of North Square (No 1 and No 2 windows sell Kowloon tickets, and special ticket for high-speed rail soft-seats;No 14, 15, and 16 are the windows for change tickets; No 17 is the window of the duty officer; No 18 is the window for loss report; No 20 is the window for people with disabilities.
B. South ticket office No 1: West side of the first floor of the South Square (No 59 is the window of the duty officer; No 68 is the window for the high-speed rail soft-seat tickets; there is a self-service ticket machine for making online purchase).
C. South ticket office No 2: East side of the first floor of the South Square (No 76 is the window of the duty officer; No.83 is the window for the high-speed rail soft-seat tickets; there is a self-service ticket machine for making online purchase).
D. Sale (return) ticket office: the second floor of the North Square.
