Leads district government work. Responsible for planning, institutional organization, auditing, and construction of the new airport in Beijing.

Deputy District Mayor

He Rui

Responsible for the district government's standing work, responsible for development and reform, state-owned assets supervision, foreign affairs (overseas affairs), finance, taxation, legal system, statistics, and government affairs. Assists the district mayor in institutional organization and auditing. Coordinates the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, business environment reform and optimization, population control, and targeted assistance and aid construction. Responsible for coordinating the upgrading work of three towns in the southeast.

Responsible for work related to education, ethnic minorities and religions, tourism, culture, sports, health, and promotion of cultural and ideological progress.

Responsible for business, industrial and commercial administration, food and drug supervision and management, letters and visits, civil affairs, social construction, and community work.

Yang Yanguang

Responsible for work in safety production, rural affairs, agriculture, water affairs, landscaping and animal health supervision. Assists the district mayor with the construction of the new airport in Beijing.

Responsible for transportation, environmental protection work, rural land reform pilot projects, rectification, and rail transit construction.

Qiao Rui

Qiao Rui, born in April 1969, is an ethnic Han from Weishi county, Central China's Henan province. Qiao joined the Party in January 2002 and started work in July 1995. He has a bachelor's degree in arts. Qiao is currently a Member of Leading Party Members Group and Deputy Mayor (temporary post) of Daxing District Government, and Deputy Director of the Policy Research Office of the Qinghai Provincial Party Committee.

Qiao is currently responsible for civil air defense, traffic and government supervision. He is in charge of the Civil Air Defense Office and the Transportation Bureau of Daxing District.
